We are looking for top-tier talent to join our Global Sales Operations and Strategy team as a key leader who will continue to drive the Formlabs growth engine. This person will work on variety of strategic projects that remove sales blockers and enable further revenue growth.

- Make Formlabs the market leader in APAC region by leading revenue driving analytical, operational and strategic projects that will help us grow
- Work closely with the rest of the team to drive growth and exceed targets
- Propose and execute sales, marketing and services programs to unlock new revenue streams in partnership with go-to-market management
- Help design new sales motions and processes by working with Sales and Marketing team
- Manage go-to-market execution of product launches
- Partner with Senior Sales, Marketing and Services management to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement that reduces inefficiencies, loss of revenue opportunities and market blockers
- Be a natural leader with skills and relationships that will enable you to engage and jump into new internal projects as they emerge
- Take initiative to drive core business outcomes
- Are good with analyzing with large amount data
- Are a natural leader able to grow into managing a larger team within and outside of a sales organization
- Are excellent communicator able to work cross-functionally
- Are an independent thinker who can see and accomplish whatever needs to be done
- Embrace change and excel in evolving environment
Bonus Skills (Optional):
- Are familiar with Salesforce and other sales tools
- Worked in sales or in collaboration with sales before
- 3D printer or 3D CAD industry experience
- International sales experience
