Services is at the heart of what we do: In order to make sure our users are successful with our ground-breaking 3D printers we offer world-class support and training that goes above and beyond simple troubleshooting requests. At Formlabs, that means answering every question – no matter how small – and providing the resources to empower our users to innovate and create. This role as our Technical Lead within the Services team will see you manage a small team of 2, and oversee all systems integrations within our Services team. This is the perfect role for someone with a technical background, who loves seeing the bigger picture behind our customers' successes, and already has a bit of experience training and/or leading team members.

This role is based in Budapest, Hungary. We are located in a beautiful office in the heart of Budapest on Andrássy út.

The Job:

  • Lead Services-related systems programs, such as Customer Journey analytics, proactive case campaigns, automatic case creations and Services team support
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Services and Systems teams
  • Manage a team of 2: one Customer Success Analyst and one Services Salesforce Analyst
  • Support cross-functional teams with periodic reporting and analysis requests
  • Be our champion for Salesforce's Lightning components: Aura and Web


  • Can speak English at a C1 level of higher
  • Understand APEX and sophisticated automation processes
  • Know your way around Salesforce's Lightning components: Aura and Web
  • Are confident in using SQL / Google BigQuery
  • Live and breathe HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Ideally already have some direct people management experience, or have trained juniors underneath you

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with the JIRA ticketing system
  • Business acumen / project management skills
  • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
