Come join us as our first HR Generalist within our People team located in our Singapore office, working with our teams across the APAC region.  You will have endless growth opportunities as we expand across the region and build out a People team that is able to partner with the business leaders to enable success in hiring, developing and retaining great talent.

The Job:

  • Be part of the APAC leadership team. Help build our team and our culture
  • New hire onboarding - create and facilitate an amazing experience for our new people, helping them to understand the overall business and culture, teams across the company, and the tactical work and tools that will help them in their day to day.
  • Partner with our people, candidates and legal team on mobility and immigration work/ sponsorship needs 
  • Serve as a business partner to support our culture initiatives driving cohesion across the region and company. This includes working on employee engagement and retention initiatives across our APAC teams by understanding our people data, working with leaders on trends and insights, and enabling managers to create action plans to drive improvements and business success
  • Build relationships with external vendors for office needs, benefits, events, etc 
  • Collaborate with our People team members across the globe as we think about building and scaling processes and policies that impact our people regardless of where they work
  • Manage and respond/resolve questions from our people through our ticketing system (Jira) 
  • Manage the data to be captured within our HRIS, our ATS and other systems 



  • Are fluent in written and spoken English (Chinese-speaking skills are big plus)
  • Have 4-5 years of experience in HR field
  • Are diligent, structured, attentive and eager to find solutions to challenges facing you and your team
  • Have comfort working in Excel, Google and enjoy working with numbers and in different systems

  • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
