The Partnerships and Community team is pushing the industry bar on user community and thought leadership conferences. Formlabs has built the world’s largest 3D Printer user conference, Formabs User Summit, and has disrupted the thought leadership manufacturing space with The Digital Factory. As a Conference Intern, you'll be a member of the core planning team of both of these conferences to learn and support events that redefine what meaningful gatherings look like and how they drive impact.
Internship Term: Summer 2023
Commitment: Full-time
Location: Onsite in Somerville, MA
The Job:
- Experiential: Support the team with program, layout and vendor, concepting and operations.
- Marketing: Support execution needed for event promotion including email campaigns, visual web assets, and social media.
- Reporting: Lead registration dashboard for internal reporting.
- Process: Streamline process and organize planning assets including critical to project management.
- Communication: Support in communication with speaker and sponsor management.
You:
- Work independently
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Are obsessed with improving processes
- Have 3D printing experience or are excited to learn
- Are highly organized and interested in helping streamline processes
- Have experience in marketing / operations
- Are a master at Excel and Project Management software and familiar with Marketing platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Airtable)
