As an SEO Manager at Formlabs, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to share with the world the possibilities of 3D printing. You’ll be responsible for our SEO strategy and lead our SEO-related initiatives to drive organic traffic growth and demand generation. Note: This is a 1 year contract with possibility of extension.
The Job:
- Drive our SEO strategy from keyword research to content creation, and on-page, off-page SEO, and technical SEO
- Lead various SEO projects: Conduct keyword research, generate content ideas, write article briefs for freelancers and in-house writers, optimize existing and new content for SEO, build links to our website
- Identify growth potential in the areas of site structure and optimization, keyword selection, content development, and on-page optimizations
- Carry out regular website SEO audits and troubleshoot issues directly (fixing broken links, redirect chains, meta information, etc.) and with the help of our Web team
- Manage videos on our fast-growing YouTube channel, optimize YouTube videos for SEO, and support video content planning and scripting
- Manage our content inventory, and reporting and monitor KPIs across the different markets with organic growth and lead generation focus
- Create guest posts for 3rd party websites, linking back to pillar content pieces on our website to help boost keyword rankings and bring through relevant referral traffic
- Conduct A/B test to optimize our main pages for conversion
You:
- 2+ years of experience in an SEO role
- Excellent English language skills, other languages are a plus
- Deep understanding of SEO and content best practices and excitement to experiment
- Experience with a modern online marketing and SEO tech stack: Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, Screaming Frog, Marketo, Salesforce, email tools, spreadsheets, CMS software
- University/college education in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Journalism, Communications, Education, Linguistics, Public Relations, or similar
- Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Analytical, proactive, and goal-driven mindset
- Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proactive, and goals-driven mindset
- Exceptional planning abilities and attention to detail in an agile environment
Bonus Skills:
- B2B marketing experience
- Writing skills and experience
- Experience with design tools (Figma), photo/video production
- Familiarity with 3D printing and the 3D printing industry
