As a Junior Video Producer, you’ll be involved in the production of a variety of video content, working alongside a senior video producer, and collaborating with the entire, global in-house creative team. You'll gain meaningful experience in all aspects of this process, from script development and storyboarding, to location scouting, hands on shooting, and post-production.

A portfolio of video editing work is required for this role.
The Job:
- Collaborate with teams across Formlabs to develop and produce effective video content such as product launch videos, workflow demos, user stories, event montages, and more, from planning to shooting and editing.
- Work closely with the Video Producer, Studio Production Manager, and Creative Director to deliver compelling, high quality, and on-brand video content.
- Develop visual stories that align with the Formlabs brand and strategic direction.
- Find new ways to integrate video with other online marketing content.
- Maintain our media production studio, equipment, and operations.
You:
- Have 1-3 years of video production experience.
- Confident working with DaVinci Resolve and/or Premiere Pro
- Can navigate within different areas of post-production, including color correction/grading, audio syncing/cleanup, and exporting/transcoding different file formats.
- Understands video storytelling in both long and short format
- Comfort with a highly iterative creative process, able and willing to try things quickly and learn from each pass.
- Understanding of various video hosting platforms, e.g. Wistia and YouTube.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and produce superb work under tight deadlines.
- Local to Boston, MA and available to work on-site
Bonus Skills:
- Interest in set design and lighting within a studio setting.
- Familiarity with Blackmagic or Sony cameras.
- Experience with motion graphics including After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Frame.io
- Experience creating video content for websites and social media in various aspect ratios
