We are looking for a tech-savvy sales intern who will be a proactive problem solver and listener with a customer-service focus within the EMEA direct sales team. You will become a product specialist and a key connection between our direct sales teams, located in Berlin, Budapest and Paris. If you can build positive relationships with customers over the phone, in an email and help them with their sales-related questions, join our Berlin team as our Sales Intern!
Your challenge:
- Using your customer focus skills to identify sales leads
- Responding to chat questions from customers
- Driving sales with a solution-oriented approach
- Chatting on the phone with existing and potential customers
- Resolve research and administrative requests from sales reps and sales leads in charge
You:
- Are fluent in English and one of the following languages: Spanish/ Italian/ German or French
- Have an affinity to avant-garde technologies and/or engineering
- Are a relationship builder (and strive for customer satisfaction)
- Drive for results
- Can work autonomously but thrive in a team setting
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with 3D printing
- Any additional languages spoken
