This position is based at our office in Shenzhen, China
The Job:
- Define and take full ownership of the regional marketing strategy by adapting global direction, showcasing thought leadership, and collaborating closely with the regional China team.
- Drive a digital-first approach and implement the development of Formlabs China's online presence, overseeing local social media presence, website optimization, SEO, and the online customer journey.
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional channel programs to drive demand, ensuring partners are equipped with effective marketing campaigns and knowledge across Formlabs' target industries.
- Implement multi-channel digital strategies to convert offline event awareness into demand.
- Lead regional PR, brand positioning, and awareness initiatives to maintain Formlabs' position as the market leader in professional 3D printing within target industries.
- Collaborate closely with local and global teams to deliver compelling content tailored to the specific needs of Chinese customers and partners.
- Set, analyze, and monitor key regional marketing KPIs and OKRs, utilizing tools like Baidu Analytics, Salesforce.com, and Marketo to track and optimize campaign performance.
You:
- 5+ years of experience in regional marketing for a global B2B product company
- Experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines including content development, brand, channel marketing strategies, demand generation
- Excellent team player
- Self driven and result driven
Excellent Chinese and English language skills,
- Experience using Martech tools like Baidu Analytics, WeChat, Website CMS, Salesforce/CRM, Marketing Automation (Maketo, SCRM tool)
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and issues, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
- Results-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets
- Strong team player
Bonus Skills:
- Experienced in working with SFDC and Marketo or other similar CRM systems
- Technical/engineering background or experience marketing to the manufacturing, dental, or medical industries
- Experience working with agencies for content output, PR, and media opportunities
- Passionate about 3D printing and emerging technologies
- Experience in rapidly growing startup environments
- Familiar with graphic design tools such as Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
